The Law bans privatization, alienation, hypothecation of the state shares in the statutory capital of Odeska Kinostudia CJSC, or their inclusion into the statutory capitals of the economic partnerships irrespective of the form of ownership, until the law on amendments to several legislative acts on revival of Ukrainian cinema art is adopted.

Within three months, the Cabinet of Ministers shall draft and bring forward the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on revival of Ukrainian cinema art.
